Mango and Moringa Smoothie Bowl

Creamy and deliciously healthy smoothie bowl with mango and fresh moringa leaves
Serves: 1
  • 1 cup (ca. 120 g) mango, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup (ca. 55 g) cauliflower, frozen or lightly steamed and cooled
  • a handful of fresh moringa (ca. 12 g)*
  • ¼ -1/2 cucumber (ca. 150 g)
  • 1 tsp of honey (or liquid sweetener of choice)
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) goat milk yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a dairy free version)
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) almond milk (or liquid of choice)
  • Toppings:
  • Coconut flakes, hemp seeds, bee pollen and a few blue edible flowers
  • *Note - If you can’t get fresh moringa, you can either replace it with another leafy green or add some dried moringa to the mix.
  1. Remove the woody parts of the moringa branches and add the leaves to your blender.
  2. Add all the other ingredients for the smoothie to the blender, and blend till smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and decorate it with the toppings you like. Enjoy \o/
