Low Histamine Blackberry Smoothie with Rainbow Chard

Serves: 1
  • 100 g blackberries (frosen or fresh)
  • 1 nectarine (ca. 150 g)
  • 45 g cauliflower florets (frossen, or slightly steamed and cooled)
  • 30 g rainbow chard/Swiss chard
  • 1-2 tsp macadamia butter
  • 200 ml (plant based) milk of your choice (a bit more than ⅔ cups)*
  • Optional add ins:
  • 1-2 tsp collagen
  • 1 tsp acacia fiber
  • *I used rice/coconut milk
  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend till it is smooth. If your blender isn’t all powerful, you might want to help your blender a bit by slicing up the stems of the chard in 1 cm pieces. At least that is what I do to avoid long strings from the chard stems in the final smoothie. Enjoy \o/
