Ingredients
- ½ mango cut into large cubes
- 3 dates
- 15 g goji berries (a small handful of)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 70–100 g goat yoghurt
- 300 ml almond milk
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a good blender, and blend until it is smooth and lump free
- If needed adjust the thickness with more liquid, or the sweetness with some extra dates (or sweetener of your taste)
