Golden Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ mango cut into large cubes
  • 3 dates
  • 15 g goji berries (a small handful of)
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 70100 g goat yoghurt
  • 300 ml almond milk

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a good blender, and blend until it is smooth and lump free
  2. If needed adjust the thickness with more liquid, or the sweetness with some extra dates (or sweetener of your taste)
  3. Enjoy 🙂
