Ingredients
- 100 g blackberries (frosen or fresh)
- 1 nectarine (ca. 150 g)
- 45 g cauliflower florets (frossen, or slightly steamed and cooled)
- 30 g rainbow chard/Swiss chard
- 1–2 tsp macadamia butter
- 200 ml (plant based) milk of your choice (a bit more than 2/3 cups)*
- Optional add ins:
- 1–2 tsp collagen
- 1 tsp acacia fiber
- *I used rice/coconut milk
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend till it is smooth. If your blender isn’t all powerful, you might want to help your blender a bit by slicing up the stems of the chard in 1 cm pieces. At least that is what I do to avoid long strings from the chard stems in the final smoothie. Enjoy o/
