Low Histamine Blackberry Smoothie with Rainbow Chard

Ingredients

  • 100 g blackberries (frosen or fresh)
  • 1 nectarine (ca. 150 g)
  • 45 g cauliflower florets (frossen, or slightly steamed and cooled)
  • 30 g rainbow chard/Swiss chard
  • 12 tsp macadamia butter
  • 200 ml (plant based) milk of your choice (a bit more than 2/3 cups)*
  • Optional add ins:
  • 12 tsp collagen
  • 1 tsp acacia fiber
  • *I used rice/coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend till it is smooth. If your blender isn’t all powerful, you might want to help your blender a bit by slicing up the stems of the chard in 1 cm pieces. At least that is what I do to avoid long strings from the chard stems in the final smoothie. Enjoy o/
